These Boots Aren’t Made for Walkin’

In our four days in L’viv, I found out that it was my favorite city in Eastern Europe. Ice cream cones at McDonald’s were 30 cents, a ride on the tram cost 7 cents, and the ladies all wore crazy high heels. This comic is dedicated to my preschoolin’ cousins–Luke, Jade, and Aislinn. This one’s for you, my young fellows, because I know you like comics so much.

  1. Tom,

Awesome what you and the family are doing.Looking at your pics reminded me of my 3 years in Europe. Hungary and Czech Republic were cool ( I remember Budapest as hot and sticky with no AC and full of life)as well as Austria and well all of Europe is beautiful. I think everyone should have the opportunity to live abroad for at least 1 year to understand that the rest of the world has much to offer. And that living in the United States is a great privilege.

Travel safe and have a blast.

  2. McKane,
It looks like you’ve found some color in what seems like a colorless area of Europe.

It cracks me up that you guys took so many pictures of women’s high-heel shoes. I hope none of them noticed you doing it, they may have ended up kickin’ you in the shins :)
